Visually impaired voters flag lack of Braille ballot in BMC polls

Visually impaired voters in Mumbai faced difficulty identifying candidates on EVMs as Braille dummy ballots were missing at many polling booths. While EVMs had Braille-embossed serial numbers, the absence of reference ballots meant voters could not independently verify their choice. The National Association for the Blind said it had prepared ballots for 21 wards, but distribution remained uneven.
