Viviana Power Tech Limited announced new contract awards and L1 projects totalling ₹3,72,93,14,135 inclusive of taxes. Major projects include a 1000 MW/2000 MWh BESS in Rajasthan state (₹3,02,45,76,000, VGF ₹36 crore) and a 400 kV transmission line in Gujarat state (₹17,89,73,351). Bonus shares in 3:5 ratio will be issued by November 25, 2025.
