Chinese electronics company Vivo will launch a smartphone with 6 GB of RAM on March 1, 2016. Called XPlay 5, the phone is set to surpass Asus ZenFone 2, which had become the first smartphone to feature 4 GB of RAM in 2015. The device will reportedly be powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor and sport a solar charging feature.
