VivoPower shares jumped 18% after its digital asset unit formed a South Korean joint venture with Lean Ventures to build a $300M vehicle for acquiring Ripple Labs shares. Vivo Federation secured approval for an initial tranche and is negotiating more, with the JV expected to deliver about $75M in net returns over three years without using VivoPower own capital.
