President Vladimir Putin reportedly fled Moscow during the mutiny by Wagner Group chief Yevgeny Prigozhin. Mikhail Khodorkovsky, a former Russian oil executive, claimed they were monitoring Putin. "He...most likely went to [his] Valdai...residence," Khodorkovsky said. A plane which is only used by Putin departed from Moscow and disappeared from a flight tracker somewhere around Valdai, he added.
