VLCC has announced it will acquire male grooming brand Ustraa through a combination of secondary buy-out and share swap. Post the merger, VLCC will make further investments to accelerate the growth of Ustraa. The grooming platform is backed by investors such as InfoEdge and Wipro. Ustraa's Founders Rahul Anand and Rajat Tuli will continue to work with the company.
