VOC port handles 1st crude palm oil vessel at revised Coal Jetty-2

VO Chidambaranar Port has handled its first crude palm oil vessel at the modified Coal Jetty-2. MT ZY Galaxy, carrying 15,000 tonnes of crude palm oil from Kunak, Malaysia, berthed at the port on August 28. Dedicated pipelines connect the berth with storage facilities located about 5 km away, strengthening VOC Port's liquid cargo-handling capabilities and supporting port-based industries.
