Bharti Infratel has said its consolidated revenue is expected to take around ₹780-crore hit annually due to the exit of Vodafone India and Idea Cellular. Following their merger, Vodafone and Idea have served exit notices to Bharti Infratel and Indus Towers from 27,447 co-located mobile towers. Currently, Bharti Infratel and Vodafone own around 42% stake each in Indus Towers.
