Vogue Italia will launch its January 2020 issue without photographs in order to make a statement about sustainability. Vogue previewed seven illustrated covers on Instagram, which were created by artists "without travelling, shipping clothes or polluting in any way". The money saved from the production will go towards the restoration of Fondazione Querini Stampalia which was damaged by floods.
