The Kilauea volcano in Hawaii is producing a rare "firehose" of lava into the Pacific Ocean. A video captured by the United States Geological Survey shows explosions as the molten lava makes contact with the cold seawater. The lava is gushing from a tube, exposed after a 26-acre lava delta collapsed into the Pacific on New Year's Eve.
