Bengaluru-based fashion retailer Voonik's CEO Sujayath Ali has dismissed reports that the startup asked its employees to forgo their salaries for three months. "I had asked team members to be ready for an uncertainty in the worst case event of the salary payments being delayed," he said. "We have full intent of paying the salaries on time," he added.
