Voter count at India's highest polling station down to 46

The total number of registered voters at the country's highest polling station at Hikkim in Himachal Pradesh's Lahaul and Spiti has gone down from 333 voters during the 2012 Assembly elections to 46 for this year's election. Further, the state's smallest polling booth at Ka in Kinnaur has registered only six voters, against the 18 voters it had in 2012.
