During a hearing on West Bengal SIR exercise, the Supreme Court underlined that voters have a right to be on the electoral rolls, adding that it can't be blinded by the dust of impending polls. SC said the right to remain a voter where a person is born is not only a constitutional right, but also an emotional one.
