Congress leader Bhupesh Baghel on Saturday criticised Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral roll in Bihar. "Those who don't vote for BJP...their votes are getting cut," he said. "What Rahul Gandhi has said that BJP has found...new way to steal votes, today 64 lakhs votes have been deleted...it may become 2 crore by the time final list comes," he added.
