BCCI Centre of Excellence (CoE) head VVS Laxman is likely to serve as Team India's head coach for Zimbabwe T20I tour and Asian Games 2026, reports said. BCCI's move comes as Asian Games is overlapping with opening leg of India's home series against West Indies. India head coach Gautam Gambhir will remain with senior squad for West Indies series.
