Solar module manufacturer Waaree Energies on Monday announced its CEO Amit Paithankar has resigned. "The Board...agreed to relieve him on May 15, 2026, or such earlier date as may be mutually agreed," the company said in a filing. Additionally, Jignesh Rathod, the Director of Operations, has been chosen as the replacement for Paithankar.
