Walmart has confirmed that it is working with Microsoft in a bid to acquire TikTok's US operations. TikTok is likely to announce sale of its US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand operations for a valuation in the $20 billion to $30 billion range, reports said. It is still discussing bids from Oracle, Microsoft and a third US company, reports added.
