US retail giant Walmart has reportedly hired two senior Goldman Sachs bankers to help lead its new fintech startup. Omer Ismail, the head of Goldman’s consumer bank and David Stark, Partner at Goldman have joined the startup. The retail giant announced the startup last month, disclosing plans to offer financial services in a tie-up with investment firm Ribbit Capital.
