Walmart's Executive VP and HR Head Donna Morris has revealed that one employee behaviour that is the "ultimate red flag" is being a 'Debbie Downer'. She described such a person as being "constantly negative". "Nobody wants [to hire] a Debbie Downer...You know they are going to show up [and] they're going to bring the problem, never the solution," she said.
