Walmart is planning to create its own cryptocurrency and NFTs (non-fungible tokens), filings with the USPTO revealed. The retail giant has filed several trademarks suggesting plans to make and sell virtual goods, including electronics, decor, toys, sporting goods, personal care products. It has also filed trademarks for the names "Verse to Home", "Verse to Curb", and "Verse to Store".
