Virginia Walmart mass shooter Andre Bing had left a manifesto on his phone, local media reported citing law enforcement source. In the manifesto, the 31-year-old store manager discussed a change in his employment status and how he was being harassed about it by co-workers. First responders reportedly also found a list near his body of employees he wanted to target.
