US-based retail giant Walmart has emerged on top of the latest Fortune Global 500 list, which ranks the world’s biggest companies in terms of their revenues. With $482.13 billion in revenue, Walmart has bagged the title for the third consecutive year. Further, China’s state-owned firms State Grid and China National Petroleum were ranked 2nd and 3rd respectively.
