BJP leader Syed Shahnawaz Hussain accused the Karnataka government of wanting to create a Hindu-Muslim divide after the state Cabinet approved a bill giving 4% quota to Muslim contractors. "Tenders should always be provided through a process, but their decision is unfortunate," Hussain said. "Wherever Congress is in power, it always tries to create tensions (in society)," he added.
