Gangster Tinku Kapala, who was carrying a reward of ₹1 lakh for his arrest, died following an encounter with a team of the Special Task Force in Uttar Pradesh's Barabanki on Friday night. UP DGP HC Awasthy stated, "Kapala was active from the past 20 years and wanted in many cases. I hope this has brought some relief to people."
