During an interrogation, Indian Mujahideen India chief Yasin Bhatkal reportedly stated that he was planning to explode a nuclear bomb in Surat. He had reportedly asked his Pakistan-based boss, Riyaz Bhatkal, over phone to arrange a small "nuclear bomb". However, the plan could not be initiated as Yasin was arrested on August 27.
