A 12-year-old boy, Kintan Saraswat, died on 20 January after being allegedly beaten by his seniors at a North Delhi government school. The family blames the school and medical negligence on the doctors who treated their child. The Delhi Police has not registered a first-information report. The Delhi government has set up a committee and ordered a probe.
