Deputy Chairman of Russia's Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, said Russia would not stop its military campaign in Ukraine even if Kyiv formally renounced its aspirations to join NATO. Russia will continue its campaign until its goals have been achieved, he added. Medvedev also said that Russia is prepared to hold talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy but with certain conditions.
