Warner Bros chairman and CEO, Kevin Tsujihara, has resigned after being accused of helping a 21-year-old actress land film roles following their sexual relationship. "It has become clear that my continued leadership could be a distraction and an obstacle to the company's continued success," he said. Tsujihara was the first executive of Asian descent to lead a major Hollywood studio.
