Warner Bros. Discovery will reportedly lay off around 1,000 employees in its latest efforts to reduce costs. The WBD layoffs will affect several departments including finance, production, business affairs and more. Previously, Warner Bros. Discovery layoffs continued throughout 2023 after the company laid off people in 2022 due to merger.
