Warner Bros Discovery's board rejected Paramount's $108.4 billion takeover bid on Wednesday, stating that the offer failed to provide adequate financing assurances and posed "numerous, significant risks". The board said it found Paramount's offer "inferior" to the merger agreement with Netflix. Earlier, Paramount had said its offer is "superior" to a $72bn deal between Warner Bros and Netflix.
