After a biker fell into a pool-sized pit reportedly linked to the Delhi Jal Board and died on Friday, his friend said, "I had talked to him last night when he had reached the District Centre. He was just 15 minutes from home." Alleging foul play, he claimed his body wasn't in the pit when they checked it last night.
