RCB marketing head Nikhil Sosale's legal team told the Karnataka High Court that his arrest in connection with the Bengaluru stampede case was based on orders from CM Siddaramaiah and not on any investigation. Nikhil's team stated he was detained at the airport by the Central Crime Branch (CCB), bypassing the Cubbon Park police who had initially filed the case.
