US President Donald Trump claimed that he wasn't briefed about Russian efforts to pay bounties to Taliban-linked militants in Afghanistan to kill American soldiers after a New York Times report said that Trump was informed about the finding. "Everybody is denying it and there have not been many attacks on us," Trump tweeted. He urged NYT to reveal its source.
