Watch 'Gondhal' before passing verdict: Director on Anurag's 'wrong films' remark

Director Santosh Davakhar said people should watch 'Gondhal', India's official entry for Oscars 2027, "before passing a verdict", after Anurag Kashyap said India sends "wrong films". "I deeply respect Anurag Kashyap...On April 26, I introduced 'Gondhal' to him. He said he hadn't heard of or watched it," Santosh added. He further said he understood the "responsibility of representing India".
