A waterboarding school, jointly established by Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and The Yacht Club of Hyderabad, was opened in Durgam Cheruvu. The school will train children above eight years in kayaking, sailing, windsurfing and other water sports. Training from Nursery to National, Asian and Olympics levels will be provided here.
