Water supply in areas under New Delhi Municipal Council and parts of North Delhi will remain affected over next two days, Delhi Jal Board officials told PTI on Tuesday. This is because production capacity of two water treatment plants, Wazirabad and Chandrawal, is reduced due to high ammonia levels in Yamuna. Supply of raw water from Haryana has also reduced.
