Wayanad police ban habitual offender under KAAPA act

Wayanad police barred 60-year-old K Ibrahim from entering the district for six months under the KAAPA Act. Police said Ibrahim was booked in 10 cases over seven years, including robbery, drug smuggling and illegal liquor sales. The ban was issued under Section 15(1) of KAAPA based on a report on his criminal history.
