Wayfair denies conspiracy theory linking expensive cabinets to child trafficking
short by Dharna / on Sunday, 12 July, 2020
US-based Wayfair is facing accusations that its website was using sale of expensive cabinets as a cover for child trafficking. Social media users pointed out that similar-looking cabinets were listed for as high as $14,499.99 and were named after girls who were missing. Refuting the conspiracy theory, Wayfair said, "Products in question are industrial grade cabinets that are accurately priced."
