Rooney, a five-time Premier League winner, is the second-highest goalscorer in the league's history, while Vieira captained Arsenal's 'Invincibles', winning three titles. The duo join the likes of Alan Shearer, Eric Cantona and Dennis Bergkamp in the Hall of Fame.
