West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee on Monday held a Cabinet meeting to pass the state budget in a traffic outpost on a pavement in Kolkata. The full cabinet comprising over 50 ministers huddled in the room. This comes amid the dharna she has staged to protest the CBI's move to raid Kolkata Police chief in connection with chit fund scams.
