A 38-year-old serial killer, who's accused of murdering at least nine women and raping two of the victims between 2013 and 2019, has been sentenced to death in a rape and murder case in West Bengal. In most of the cases, he would strangulate his victims with a metal chain, due to which he was tagged as 'chain man'.
