Sibi Joseph, father of 26-year-old EY employee Anna Sebastian Perayil who allegedly died due to work-related stress, has said that she would work throughout the night until 12.30 am on most nights. "We advised her to quit, but she insisted that this stint would provide valuable professional exposure," Joseph added. "Her immediate managers were extremely demanding and controlling," he said.
