We are being defamed: Man who dressed as dog to raise stray dog issue in MP

The man who visited the Khandwa collectorate office in a dog costume and who calls himself 'Doggy Bhai' said dogs are being defamed. "The real fault lies with the Nagar Nigam...They received funds in name of sterilising us, but no sterilisation was done...and it led to a rise in our population," he said. Opposition leader Deepak Mullu Rathore accompanied him.
