We are not being allowed to meet him: Devendra Mahto's brother

Student leader Devendra Nath Mahto's brother, Dhaneshwar Mahto, said Devendra wanted to participate in the Tiranga Yatra but was stopped. "We have come to meet him, but we're not being allowed to do so," he added. His remarks came after Devendra was allegedly stopped from leaving Sadar Hospital to join a Tiranga Yatra in Ranchi on India's 80th Independence Day.
