US Vice President-elect Kamala Harris has shared a video of her calling Joe Biden after winning US elections. In the video, Harris is heard saying, "We did it Joe. You are going to be the next President of the United States." Harris' husband Doug Emhoff earlier shared a pic of him hugging Harris and wrote, "So proud of you."
