Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said he has been receiving messages from US special envoy Steve Witkoff but "this does not mean that we are in negotiations". Araghchi claimed that Iran has not sent either a response to the 15-point proposal by the US or any conditions. He added that Iran has reservations about negotiations with the US.
