Canadian PM Mark Carney listed things that the country is doing in order to reduce its dependence on the US. "Progress which we have been making with India...I didn't meet directly with Prime Minister Modi but foreign minister, other ministers have met in India...That's what we're doing to build...these partnerships abroad, reduce our reliance on the United States," he said.
