Wipro cited macroeconomic uncertainties for not being able to finalise the salary increment for its employees for the current fiscal year. "We haven’t decided on the hikes yet. It is too early. The macro environment, the current demand, supply situation–all of these will play in factor," CHRO Saurabh Govil said. Wipro gave wage hikes in September last year.
