After Israel's parliament passed law making death by hanging the default sentence for Palestinians convicted in military courts of deadly attacks, Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir celebrated occasion by opening a bottle of champagne in Parliament. "Soon we will count them one by one," Gvir said while sharing champagne with others. Human rights groups have condemned the law.
