During a rally in West Bengal PM Narendra Modi said, "we once again need to make West Bengal a hub knowledge and science, and a centre of Make in India". PM Modi said to make a 'Viksit Bharat', it is important to make West Bengal 'Viksit' (developed) as well. The state needs to be instilled with new energy, he added.
